While we are extremely proud of the durability and performance of our Woodford frost free faucets and hydrants, we have products that can provide even further protection. Our Adjustable Rod Kit comes with a Patented Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) to prevent the faucet tube from bursting in freezing conditions even when a hose is left connected to the faucet.

The kit includes all the necessary parts to retrofit the most-common 4" to 14" Woodford operating rods. You don’t have to remove the existing rod to determine what length rod you need to purchase. Go ahead and purchase the kit, and once you receive it, watch our simple installation video. Instructions and a diagram to scale are included to help determine the correct length rod to place into your existing Woodford faucet.

We also provide mounting sleeves that take the guesswork out of how far to stub-out your frost free faucet through brick, stone or stucco veneer. It also works to provide a secure anchor for the faucet. A numbered scale is built into the top of the Mounting Sleeve and we provide instructions for installation.

Our over-size flange can be used to cover a larger hole due to a previous installation and also be used as a way to secure the faucet to a solid surface. It can be attached to any new or existing Woodford Model 14, 16, 17, 19 or the 101.
