Kits with the patented, resetting Pressure Relief Valve (PRV). Eagle
Mountain Products sells the kit that is designed for many of our popular residential
Woodford faucets including the Model 14, 16, 17, 19, 22, and 22V.
The
adjustable rod fits the most-common 4" to 14" Woodford faucet
lengths and the kit includes all the necessary parts. We have made it quite simple for a homeowner
to install by offering a step-by-step video demonstration. Instructions and a diagram to scale are
included in the kit. You do not have to remove your
existing rod to determine the length.
Just purchase the kit, and once you have it at home, we will show you how
to match your old rod length with the new RK-ADJ-PRV.
You may be
asking why you need one. The
patented PRV is designed to prevent the copper tube from bursting in freezing
conditions even if a hose is unintentionally left connected to the faucet. It will provide the upmost protection from
