shows you how to upgrade an existing Woodford faucet with a new vacuum
breaker.
A fairly recent addition
to the Woodford product line is the Adjustable Rod Repair Kit and we have
created a video that shows you how to install it to upgrade a Woodford 14, 16,
17, 19, 22 and V22 faucet. The kit comes
with the Woodford Patented Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) that prevents the faucet
tube from bursting in freezing conditions, and any subsequent water damage that
may occur, even when a hose is left connected to the faucet.
The kit includes all the
necessary parts to retrofit the most-common 4" to 14" Woodford
operating rods. You do not even have to
remove the existing rod to determine rod length. Just purchase the kit and then
watch our simple installation video.
Instructions and a diagram to scale are included that allow you to
determine the correct length rod to place into your existing Woodford faucet.
